Mobile Phone Health Warnings

Prior to Olmert's promise to step down two months from now (news that has gripped the country and taken over the media) ...we Israelis were treated this week to front page and prime-time hysteria about a new report outlining the dangers of mobile phone use.

Everyone in Israel has a mobile phone and these days that seems to include little children!

Today's Golden Oldie is a Dry Bones cartoon from 10 years ago this month. March 22, 1998. I wondered back then about when would we realize the danger, and when would folks start suing the mobile phone companies. * * * Well, 10 years have passed and we're all still happily pressing these little microwave generators to the sides of our heads and zapping our own brains.
