Why This War

The Saudi move to "Normalize" relations and build a new Middle East, based on peace and cooperation with Israel, was in full bloom. The promise of the new Saudi city of Neom, being built just south of Israel, along with the expanding Abraham Accords was exciting.

And so the Iranian-backed Hamas masters of Gaza launched their invasion to block the progress and teach the Saudis "Who is the boss".

And so we're in a war. And the best we can expect from our Abraham Accord allies is for them to remain silent.
Because that's the way it is.
