Fair Warning

Israel's National Security Adviser Tzachi Hanegbi warned on Monday, in an address at a 911 counterterrorism conference in Herzliya, that Israel will have no choice but to act if Iran enriches uranium above 60% purity.
He warned the world that Israel would act,

but he didn't say how.
