There's an old pitch that carnival barkers shouted to entice gamblers to bet on a roulette wheel. It seems appropriate for the current situation (as viewed from Israel). It is "Round and round she goes, and where she stops, nobody knows!".

MOROCCO - Aphrodite's CRaniuM reversed. She is looking backwards (north) over her right shoulder.
ALGERIA - Probably the reversed left leg (ReGeL) of Cassiopia / Ethiopia. Anciently, Ethiopia stretched all the way across sub-Saharan Africa. The South Atlantic was known as the Ethiopian sea. Algeria became larger after the Romans destroyed Aphrodite's face (PaNim) during the 3rd Punic war.
TUNISIA - Aphrodite's reversed chin (SaNTir). It looks like a chin jutting into the Mediterranean.
LIBYA - Her heart (LeB). The Romans called it Cyrenaica (as in coronary).
MISR/MITZRAIM - Her narrow (TZaR) waist.
EGYPT - Her (Greek hepato-) liver. Now you know why ancient Egyptians were so concerned about the weight of the liver.

You hit the nail on the nose with this one.
I have been in a Kansas twister and it is scary.
That's the way I feel at the moment.
Only hurricanes have an EYE at the center, not tornadoes.
Need to change this to tell the story correctly.
I always look fwd to your cartoons. They are always right on.

Tornadoes do have "eyes" of calmness in the centers of their vortexes.

Hurricane, Tornado, Twister, all have an eye of calm. The hurricane eye will cover a larger area, but they all provide a place for Israel to sit in relative calm, until it moves again.
America and Europe are swirling around with the middle eastern countries, and seem to be just as confused as they and do not know how to extricate themselves or hyow to join Israel for a moment of calm in the vortex.
Onbe sure thing is that we will eventually all be caught up in the dizzying swirl. As with all dangers, G-d will help Israel, but Israel must also act in self defense.
