Escape Attempt

There seems to be a crisis-overload. There's so much to worry about that the mind just sort of fogs over, and when the Sun is the enemy, well, you just can't escape! So I figured I'd go for a laugh. Did I get one out of you?

Modern life is missing something, like innocense.
Yes, this is funny. However, I have buried 2 of my children, my siblings, my parents, and 2 husbands and I know overload. But I fear for Israel, I fear that this administration will cause the down fall of my homeland.
Bones, why is your sea green? Are the beaches in Israel *that* polluted?

Wait, it's St. Patrick's day again already? I must have passed out for longer than I thought.
(Also I would not have guessed that this blog would be worried about climate change, given its politics.)
I am offended by Dan's comment that he "would not have guessed that this blog would be worried about climate change, given its politics."
Perhaps Dan is disturbed with the "politics" of the blog because I oppose the current demonization of the Jewish state and of the Jewish people.
The assumption that I would not care about a possible threat to human survival such as climate change reveals that in Dan's case, at least, I am just another demonized Zionist.
No.
Amazing Bones, you did indeed get a surprised guffaw out of me. Well done!

Apologies. Any offense was unintentional; what I was trying to say was that I was pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of climate change on your list of crises.
My surprise is borne of parochial thinking on my own part; I am from the US, and here support for Zionism tends to correlate strongly with the belief that global warming is a hoax. Obviously in Israel Zionism is a political baseline, and is as such less ideologically straitjacketed.
Pretty funny. We can't solve the world's problems, not even the every-day "pebble in the shoe."
Bones,
I don't know how I missed this one . Yes, you gave me a good chuckle. Global warming for me is about as serious as the monster that lives in my grand baby's closet, it is just nonexistent! May the Zionist like out good friend Bones of Israel live forever.
