Ask the Expert

In today's "Ask the Expert" cartoon,I pose a question that more and more people are asking. I, personally, have not been able to decide on my answer. . . So I "asked" my cartoon Mideast "expert". The punchline of the cartoon leaves our Expert trying to decide on HIS answer, So what do YOU think? What's YOUR answer to this nagging question?
