Shavuot and the time of receiving the Torah,should lead to Unity of Am Yisrael as well as a concern for our fellow Jews.
This is part of the ten commandments as wellas the commandment we Jews seem to have accepted en-mass.

Most cheeses have almost no lactose. People who have as much problem with cheese as they do with milk are likely to have a reaction to the proteins in cheese.
