Winds of Change
I decided to introduce a new character.
He's called the Whetherman (because his predictions are based on "whether" one event or another happens). He could be a useful cartoon device because we live in a time of wild changes and so much of the future does depend on whether one or another of possible next steps takes place. I don't know if I'll use him again, but it was fun to try him out.

Is Whetherman a wise name given our current presidential 'Whetherman's' connection with prominent Weathermen?
Look to the future. If things go as predicted Whetherman got it right. If they don't Wetherman was misquoted, quoted out of context, misunderstood or never said it.
But, mostly likely, no one will remember what he said next time he is called to pontificate.
BTW Why does Whetherman have a body? Isn't he a 'talking head'?

The Whetherman has to be one of the wittiest comic devices that I've seen outside of XKCD in years. Make him a regular!
