High Hopes

We are obviously at a turning point in the history of the Middle East. The problem is that we have no idea what the Middle East is in the middle of turning into.Your thoughts?

It sounds to me like the Mayan's 2012 prediction may be coming true. If the Islamists take over The muddle east and north africa, europe would be next as they also have a large muslim 5th colum population. AND, america is not far behind with its 5th colum president. I am putting in a 3&1/2 year supply of essentials to survive. That's 'cause the KABBALA says the world will rise up and change things back after 42 months, "or so I'm told".
We all know what's going on. We have an administration that either doesn't know, doesn't care or purposely deludes itself into ignoring the Islamic take over of the world.
What is going in the middle east is resumption from the pause that Islam was forced to go under in the 16th & more importantly 17th century when Christian forces at Vienna saved Western civilization.
Now the Islamists sense that the balance of power is no longer in the infidel Christian/atheist (or Jewish state for Modern matters) western world
This expression has always been there, ever since the "colonial" (more like civilizing) powers of Britain and France gave these barbarians a 600 year technological leap, but was accelerated with Israel's establishment - which they viewed as a reverse to their global conquest in the name of Islam.
Islamic power has been stopped in history only 6 times:
1) At Spain/France/Poiters
2) At Ethiopia
3) At the Arabian sea/India
4) At central Asia
5) In the Caucasus
6) At Vienna
It is not a coincidence that every time has been by battle.
My hope and prayer is that peace will be the center in the middle east.
We all hope and pray that the cards will come down in the shape of a peaceful home. With what seems to be the reality, the house will be a mosque inhabited by Islamic fanatics with power and evilness to attempt to fulfil their dream of world domination.
Will the west have the courage to do what is necessary? Will Israel fulfill its G-d given role?
I believe that believers know the outcome. The question is...how much blood will be spilled?
On the other hand, maybe the Almighty will make things right. We should side with HIM.

Reality says the Islamists are taking over.
To michael IS free et al.
I've seen the 42 month thing attributed to the Kabbala several times on this blog and elsewhere.
What is its precise source?
I have asked the same question to the person that posts about the 42 month thing to no avail.
High hopes? I think you have to be high to have hope for the Middle East today.
This "maya 2012" thing is no more than a "urban legend". The Mayans were no more than Pagans that did not worship G-D and surely do not know when the end will come.
It seems this 42 month thing is another "urban legend". No one can give proof of it.
Re "42 months"
If you had the food and your neighbours were starving, don't you think that they might try and "liberate" the food you are "hoarding"?
I hope you have enough ammo to survive the 42 months, because they won't all be friendly.
Oh, and by the way, where do you live?
About the "42 months"
This is NOT Kabalah.
It is Christian.
The New Testament Book of Revelation 11:7 prophesies that "the beast" will slay "the Two Witnesses" after their ministry of 1260 days (or 42 months) is concluded.
As to the 42 month thing, after reading "the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy", I just went to Google and typed in -"42". That it said that the world would be in thrall to one power, but that after 42 months the world would rise up and throw off the yoke. As for where I live, -- MOSTLY IN MY IMAGINATION -- come visit any time, I'm always home !!
Since it turns out to be xtian I will ignore it!
What is the orange circle supposed to be?
GOD alones knows...
In dire situations like this that are seemingly beyond our control, it's an instinctive reaction to think or say: There's nothing that I can do.
However, there IS something all-important that we can do: we can turn to our Father in heaven and pray that He bless the whole situation with His Holy Spirit - to bless EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING involved – the good and the bad, the positive and the negative. We can turn the situation over to Him. "Trust in HaShem with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding…" (Proverbs 3:5)
He is waiting/ pleading for us to turn to Him - the one and only true God, HaShem –Yehovah/ Yahweh/ The Eternal - Who is all-present, all-knowing, all-powerful.
It is obvious that You Tube has zero intention of living up to its own words. It is owned by Google. Effective today, I am going to Bing or some other search engine but I am starting a BOYCOTT OF GOOGLE and writing the to let the know why I will never use Google products again.
The time for action is NOW. As for Michael is free, your remark sucks and it is clear that are an idiot in what you said in lying about the best president this country has had in decades.
Jerry, have you ever read the koran? It is a wonderful fertilizer. How anyone, especially an American, can believe in Islam is beyond me.
The only way that this country will become Islamic is if enough Americans convert and, despite my view of our educational system, I pray that the Americans are smarter than that.
OTOH, Muslims will lie their heads off to get their way. We are living in interesting times.

apropos many things that are swirling around us these days...
It was about 90 years ago, when the Chofetz Chaim was asked, after the renewal of pogroms after the 1st world war, why the nations of the world were once again persecuting Jews (this after a war in which, R"L, Jews found themselves shooting at each other as 'good' soldiers in the opposing armies of those same goyim…). His answer is worth noting and remembering as we see the age-old hatred of Jews once again rearing her ugly head.
Says the Chofetz Chaim:
When the evil Pharaoh decreed that the Jews would no longer receive 'teven' while still being required/forced to produce the same quantity of bricks, he intended his decree to impose hardship on the Jews. HaShem, for His part, intended it for something different altogether. He intended to drown the evil Egyptians in the Yam Suf, and did not want them to have a 'pitchon peh', an alibi, with which to claim they were innocent. By withholding 'teven' from the Jews, the latter were forced to go from house to house to ask the Egyptian 'baal habayit' to provide him with his needs.
As a result, the Egyptian was faced with a dilemma – do I help this Jew or do I give him a slap in the face and send him on his way?
When/if he decided to continue to oppress the Jew and not give him the 'teven', he could no longer claim that he was a 'cog' in the imperial machine. He had now taken a decision by himself, he had exercised his own G-d – given free will, so that now when Judgement Day came, he would have no claim against HaShem's unerring judgement!
Similarly, continues the Chofetz Chaim, in this Great War which caused such upheaval, the empires of Europe were destroyed, creating democracies in their wake. In a democracy, each and every citizen is given the opportunity (and responsibility!) to choose his rulers. He can no longer hide behind the claim, " 'they' made me do it!"
As a result, when these same citizens, of their own free will, renew their persecutions of our People, what claim will they have when Judgement comes…?
[end Parshat 'Kedoshim']
----------------------------
The nations of the world are once again faced with the same dilemma as the ancient Egyptian – do I help (and bless) the Jew or do I curse him (and thereby deserve what HaShem promised Avram: those that curse thee, so too will I curse…)
The choice is theirs. Nobody is making them do anything.
It seems to me that they have climbed onto the wrong bandwagon…
pray for peace, prepare for war
TO DOWN THE THINK:
//The only way that this country will become Islamic is if enough Americans convert //
A conversion to Islam isn't necessary. Once they come in huge enough numbers by immigration, then they'll reach a conc. whereby their politicl power becomes overwhelming.
Look at Europe. No one there converted, yet France is literally lost. All because of immigration
