Political Experiment?
Living outside of America gives an American a different perspective on things. Doing a political comic strip for almost 40 years also gives a cartoonist a different perspective on things.I'm both. I began drawing Dry Bones back in 1973 when Richard Nixon was in the White House. Nixon was followed by Gerald Ford, then Jimmy Carter, and then Ronald Reagan, George Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and now Barack Obama. Today's cartoon sort of sums up my take on the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
