Today's Golden Oldie is a Dry Bones cartoon done 15 years ago for Sukkot in 1994. It's the last Golden Oldie I'm posting until I get back from my
"Latest News and Other Jokes" U.S. Speaking Tour at the end of October.

Chag sameach, Bones. Have a safe and successful trip!
Chag Sameach from one of your upstairs neighbors in n. granot 1982-1984. SO glad you continue to write Dry Bones. A voice of sanity in the wilderness!
I heard this word Sukkot before. I think 1994.
Thanks for the memories. Growing up in Brooklyn, NY, my Dad and Uncles would build a Sukkot in the back area of our apartment house. Those were the days....
Maybe we'll find each other in golus...
I just want to put the record straight that I have a very traditional Rabbi here in Dallas, TX in 2009. No TV, no microwave, no plastic fruit. He does, however always check to make sure that the air conditioner is working.
Bev.
Hag Sameach! I was privleged to be present during your talk last night at MOT through ZOA. You were engaging, funny, informative, and somewhat depressing (HA HA!)...thank you for it all. I am so glad that I was present. When my friend and I left, we both said that you reminded us of our fathers! We figured out that it was the Brooklyn connection! Good luck on the Yale initiative...I will be following it closely.
