Peace With Syria (1994)

Today's Golden Oldie is from May 1994.

It's now 15 years this month since I did this Dry Bones cartoon. Syria is still ruled by a dictator. An American President is still trying to find out if "the Syrians really do want peace". And yes, I could easily use this cartoon today without any changes!!
