I did this cartoon exactly 15 years ago this month. The nuclear threat against us has obviously ripened. The world seems ready to see what we plan to do, and frankly so am I. * * * QUESTION:If Israel were to be nuked and then (with our secret post-destruction capabilities) we were to shmear our attackers out of existence (after we are all dead) would the media and the UN condemn us for a disproportionate use of force?
