Olympic Opening

The question of luck and numbers and the calendar in different cultures is very interesting. I didn't know whether to do today's cartoon about the "lucky eights" 08/08/08 at 08:08 opening of the Beijing Olympics or to deal with the fact that tomorrow night is the eve of the 9th day of the Hebrew month of Av, "Tisha Be'Av", traditionally the unluckiest day in the Hebrew calendar.

I chose to go with the "8 is lucky in China" cartoon ...but that got me to wondering about whether it's also lucky in Tibet.

So do you have a "lucky number" ?
