Today's Golden Oldie was published twenty-five years ago this month. In July of 1983.

I'm a short-term pessimist and a long-term optimist ...and when I came across this cartoon in my Dry Bones archives it actually made me laugh. It's a cartoon that's only funny if you're depressed by the current "situation"
