This Golden Oldie is from July 1988. Twenty years ago! ...and of course the trend continues, with more sophisticated missiles and planes and advanced weaponry being acquired and the regional hunt for A-bombs becoming hot and heavy. Europe seems even more to be moving in the direction of blindness to the threat that it faces. * * * I used two old favorites of mine in this oldie. First is the "Good News, Bad News" structure.
