1993 Dry Bones cartoon - the Saudi Plan For Gaza.

Today's Golden Oldie is from 15 years ago this month. Then, everybody had a plan to help Gaza become a small yet vital, independent, economically viable place. Like Hong Kong. Or Singapore.

These days nobody has any idea of how to turn Gaza into a pleasant place to live.
