Like White on Rice
Condoleeza Rice is quoted as having said at the close of the Annapolis conference that she had grown up "as a black child in the South, being told she could not use certain water fountains or eat in certain restaurants".I guess she feels empowered now that she gets to decide on which group of people have to know their place.
