Three-Day Weekend

Usually we Israelis have a one-day weekend... Shabbat.

But today we go into holiday mode (Sukkot). All shops and stores will close this afternoon. Tomorrow, Thursday, will be a full holiday, followed by Friday, Erev Shabbat, and then Shabbat!!!

A Three-Day weekend... which is a big deal here in the Promised Land!
