Give Peace a Chance

After posting yesterday's "Golden Oldie", news came in about the latest suicide bomber slaughter in the lovely Israeli seaside city of Netanya. I was angry and upset at the light-hearted joke, so I grabbed the cartoon, erased the words, switched panel 3 and panel 4, and wrote in the new text for today's offering.

I cynically titled the post with the words of the John Lennon Peace anthem. As if simply "giving peace a chance" was enough and as if we in Israel had not given "peace" enough chances already.
